1. Our Position
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As an online service provider, we respond expeditiously to valid takedown notices and remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material.
2. What a Valid DMCA Notice Must Include
Under Section 512(c)(3), your written notification must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) on this website.
- Your contact information: full name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Incomplete notices cannot be processed. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation may be liable for damages.
3. How to Send a Notice

Valid notices are actioned within 24-72 hours of receipt.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification under Section 512(g) containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we terminate the accounts and remove the submissions of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
